> George Panagiotou (Pana-g) is the founder of Khaos and a full-stack & Flutter developer in Thessaloniki, Greece, building practical AI, IoT, apps and games. AI shouldn't be something only big tech companies get to use.

Tech enthusiast and full-stack developer who enjoys experimenting and building new things. Whether it’s IoT, mobile apps, blockchain, or AI, I like diving into new problems and figuring them out. These days I run Khaos, a software studio in Thessaloniki that brings practical AI to everyday businesses.

- Building Kalypso (coming soon): A fast, fail-closed privacy layer between apps and LLM providers — so sensitive data never reaches a model it shouldn't. Written in Rust.
- Shipping Cosmic Targets: A roguelite space survivor for Android built with Flutter + Flame. 30 chapters, 6 sectors, giant motherships.
- Maintaining flutter_earth_globe: A GPU-accelerated 3D globe widget for Flutter — shaders, day/night cycle, satellites.
- Maintaining real_volume: A Flutter plugin for volume and audio info, ringer mode, audio mode and Do Not Disturb controls on Android and iOS.
- Small language models & agents: Training small LMs and building computer-use and research agents — figuring out how far you can get without big-tech budgets.
